摘 要:为保证施工安全,提出多层地下室深基坑开挖施工下的周围土体沉降控制研究。从事先、事中和事后3个阶段构建土体沉降控制整体结构;结合工程施工要求和周围环境情况,分析目标工程的土压力类型,根据土压力设置锚桩支护体系,控制土体沉降;通过锚杆结构调节抗力,提高支护结构稳定性;将数据监测作为事中控制的主要内容,采用土体损失理论监测最大沉降量,按照沉降量调整支护体系结构;以周围建筑倾斜率作为事后反馈的主要数据,达到事后预警控制的目的。试验结果表明,控制后的土体沉降量明显小于控制前,且周围建筑的倾斜率低于预警值,对建筑造成的危害较小。In order to ensure construction safety,a study on the settlement control of surrounding soil under the ex⁃cavation of deep foundation pits in multi-storey basements was proposed.The overall structure of soil settlement con⁃trol was constructed from three stages:before,during and after the event.Combined with the the construction re⁃quirements of the project and the surrounding environment,the type of earth pressure of the target project was ana⁃lyzed,and the anchor pile support system was set up according to the earth pressure to control the soil settlement.The resistance was adjusted through the bolt structure to improve the stability of the supporting structure.The data monitoring was taken as the main content of the control,the soil loss theory was used to monitor the maximum settle⁃ment,and the support structure was adjusted according to the settlement.The inclination rate of surrounding build⁃ings was used as the main data for post event feedback to achieve the purpose of post event early warning control.The test results showed that the soil settlement after control was significantly smaller than before,and the slope rate of surrounding buildings was lower than the warning value,causing less harm to the buildings.
