摘 要:以空气中氧气为绿色氧化剂氧化醛制备有机酸化合物。首先,以苯甲醛为底物,比较了溶剂、固体研磨、助剂等条件,获得了最佳制备条件:室温、敞开气氛,使用磨砂玻璃研钵研磨20 min。该条件下,苯甲醛可定量转化为苯甲酸且无需任何助剂。其次,考察了醛结构对酸收率的影响,发现醛的电子效应和共轭效应与醛的转化存在紧密关联。最后,提出了反应的可能机制。Organic acids were prepared by aerobic oxidation of aldehydes with air as a green oxidant.Firstly,benzaldehyde was used as a model substrate to optimize the conditions such as solvent,solid grinding,additives as well as other conditions.The optimized conditions were obtained as follows:room temperature,open atmosphere,and grinding with a frosted glass mortar for 20 minutes.Under above conditions,benzaldehyde could be quantitatively converted into benzoic acid without any additives.Secondly,relationship between the structures of aldehydes and the yields of acid products was established,and it was found that the electronic effect and conjugation effect of aldehydes played a pivotal role.Finally,a plausible mechanism of the reaction was proposed.
