摘 要:现阐述了公路标线质量智能监测系统在高速公路标线划线建设中的应用与思考,涵盖了系统架构、前端应用设备、后端平台、微信小程序应用的功能描述。该系统在标线划线机上增加探测设备,实时检测标线出料口温度,可掌握不同材料和不同温度对应的质量问题,找出最佳施工温度,达到最佳质量要求。同时,检测施工的环境温湿度及划线的厚度与形态,使其满足标线施工要求,并为更好地进行质量控制提供决策依据,为后期追溯施工质量问题及维护升级提供数据依据,达到提高标线施工管理能力的作用。This paper elaborates on the application and thinking of the intelligent monitoring system for highway marking quality in the construction of highway markings,covering system architecture,front-end application devices,back-end platforms,and functional descriptions of WeChat mini program applications.The system adds detection equipment to the marking machine to monitor the temperature of the marking outlet in real time.It can grasp the quality problems corresponding to different materials and temperatures,find the optimal construction temperature,and achieve the best quality requirements.Additionally,the temperature and humidity of the construction environment,as well as the thickness and shape of the markings,are monitored to meet the requirements of the marking construction.This provides decision-making basis for better quality control,and data basis for tracing construction quality issues and maintenance upgrades,enhancing the management ability of marking construction.
