摘　　要：对于石油企业而言,油气田开发项目承载着增储上产、保障国家能源安全的重要使命,作为一项至关重要的投资项目,需运用科学的经济评价方法和指标,选择出经济效益最优的开发方案,提出指导技术方案设计的投资策略。文章总结了油气田开发项目经济评价方法及指标,并通过案例分析经济评价指标在实际项目中的运用和效果。结果表明,年金净流量法和年金现值在衡量油气田开发项目的经济效益方面精准度高。此外,桶油当量操作成本和全成本以及百万吨产能投资也是衡量项目是否可以进入开发实施阶段的关键经济性指标。这些指标的综合考量,对确保油气田开发项目的经济效益和企业的投资策略最优至关重要。For oil companies,oil and gas field development project is not only an important initiative to increase reserves and production and guarantee national energy security,but also an investment project.As an investment project,it is necessary to use scientific economic evaluation methods and indicators to select the development program with optimal economic benefits,and put forward investment strategies to guide the design of technical programs.This paper summarize the economic evaluation methods and indicators of oil and gas field development projects,and analyzes the application and effect of economic evaluation indexes in actual projects through cases.The results show that the net annuity flow method and present value of annuity are highly accurate in measuring the economic benefits of oil and gas field development projects.Also,barrels of oil equivalent operating cost and full cost,as well as million tons of capacity investment are key economic indicators of whether a project is ready to move to the development and implementation stage.The comprehensive consideration of these indicators is essential to ensure the economic efficiency of oil and gas field development projects and the optimal investment strategy of the enterprise.
