摘　　要：在LNG接收站工程EPC项目中,进度预警和进度控制是非常重要的部分。科学合理地制定进度检测系统,对监测基准计划进度和实际进度,指导后续作业,具有非常重要的指导作用。文章介绍了进度检测系统的建立、进度检测系统的计算方法、进度检测系统的进度跟踪和进度偏差分析及其在LNG接收站工程EPC项目中的应用。In the EPC project of LNG receiving station,progress early warning and progress control are very important parts.Scientific and reasonable development of progress detection system has a very important guiding role in monitoring the benchmark plan progress and actual progress,and guiding subsequent operations.This paper introduces the establishment of progress detection system,calculation method of progress detection system,progress tracking and progress deviation analysis of progress detection system and its application in EPC project of LNG receiving station.
