摘  要:化工园区火灾事故频发,亟须创新消防安全监管方法。文章基于动态火灾风险评估理念,以某化工园区为例,构建了一套集实时监测、风险评估、应急响应、监管创新、培训演练于一体的消防安全智慧监管体系。通过布设物联网传感器实现火灾风险实时监测,采用机器学习算法开发动态风险评估模型,建立多部门联动的应急处置机制,引入无人机巡检、知识图谱、区块链等新技术强化监管创新,并开展全员消防安全培训和实战演练,有效提升了化工园区火灾隐患识别率和风险预警水平,遏制了重特大火灾事故的发生。该智慧消防监管模式可为其他化工园区提供借鉴参考。Fire accidents occur frequently in chemical industrial parks,and there is an urgent need to innovate fire safety supervision methods.This article is based on the concept of dynamic fire risk assessment and takes a chemical park as an example to construct a fire safety intelligent supervision system that integrates real-time monitoring,risk assessment,emergency response,regulatory innovation,and training exercises.By deploying IoT sensors to achieve real-time monitoring of fire risks,using machine learning algorithms to develop dynamic risk assessment models,establishing a multi departmental emergency response mechanism,introducing new technologies such as drone inspections,knowledge graphs,and blockchain to strengthen regulatory innovation,and conducting fire safety training and practical exercises for all staff,the identification rate and risk warning level of fire hazards in chemical industrial parks have been effectively improved,and the occurrence of major fire accidents has been curbed.This intelligent fire supervision model can provide reference for other chemical industrial parks.
