摘　　要：石化项目作为一项高危行业,其建设过程中的危大工程监督检查尤为重要。文章围绕石化项目危大工程监督检查的要点及常见问题展开深入探讨,通过分析石化项目危大工程的特点,归纳总结了监督检查的关键环节,包括施工准备阶段、施工过程控制、应急管理等方面。同时,针对检查过程中的问题,提出切实可行的防控对策建议。通过加强监督检查,规范项目建设各方主体行为,有效提升危大工程安全管控水平,为石化项目的安全平稳建设提供有力保障。As a high-risk industry,the supervision and inspection of hazardous engineering during the construction process of petrochemical projects are particularly important.This article delves into the key points and common problems of supervision and inspection of hazardous engineering in petrochemical projects.By analyzing the characteristics of hazardous engineering in petrochemical projects,the key links of supervision and inspection were summarized,including the construction preparation stage,construction process control,emergency management,and other aspects.At the same time,practical and feasible prevention and control measures are proposed to address the issues that are prone to occur during the inspection process.By strengthening supervision and inspection,regulating the behavior of all parties involved in project construction,the safety control level of hazardous engineering can be effectively improved,providing strong guarantees for the safe and stable construction of petrochemical projects.
