摘 要:在流程工业领域,离心压缩机显然是颇为关键的一种设备,其性能与稳定性对生产过程的连续性和效率具有重要影响。然而,由于各种因素如安装误差、设备老化等,离心压缩机在运行过程中不可避免地会出现故障。因此,有效的故障检测技术对确保生产过程的安全与稳定至关重要。文章综述了离心压缩机的常见故障形式及其诊断方法发展现状,旨在为相关领域的从业人员提供有益的参考。As the key equipment in the process industry,the performance and stability of centrifugal compressor have an important influence on the continuity and efficiency of the production process.However,due to various factors such as installation errors,equipment aging,etc.,centrifugal compressors inevitably fail during operation.Therefore,effective fault detection technology is very important to ensure the safety and stability of the production process.This paper reviews the common fault forms of centrifugal compressors and the development status of their diagnostic methods,aiming to provide useful reference for practitioners in related fields.
