摘  要:光伏发电作为应对全球能源危机与环境污染的关键技术,近年来取得了显著进展。从设计到建设再到运维,光伏项目涉及大量档案信息,如设计图纸、施工记录、设备资料及运维报告,这些档案不仅需要在项目实施阶段得到有效管理,还必须在整个项目生命周期内进行长期保存与维护。传统的纸质档案管理方法在面对海量数据、复杂流程及频繁操作时,暴露出数据丢失、检索效率低下及信息安全隐患等问题。随着信息技术的迅速发展,数字化管理技术为光伏项目档案管理带来了创新解决方案,通过引入数字化档案管理系统,传统的存储与管理方式得以改变,数据处理的效率和准确性显著提高,数字化转型也带来了诸如数据安全与隐私保护、系统集成与兼容性等新的挑战。深入研究并探索适应数字化时代的档案管理策略,对于确保光伏项目的顺利实施与长期运营至关重要。Photovoltaic power generation,as a key technology to address the global energy crisis and environmental pollution,has made significant progress in recent years.From design to construction to operation and maintenance,photovoltaic projects involve a large amount of archival information,such as design drawings,construction records,equipment data,and operation and maintenance reports.These archives not only need to be effectively managed during the project implementation phase,but also must be preserved and maintained for a long time throughout the entire project lifecycle.Traditional paper-based archive management methods have exposed problems such as data loss,low retrieval efficiency,and information security risks when facing massive amounts of data,complex processes,and frequent operations.With the rapid development of information technology,digital management technology has brought innovative solutions for photovoltaic project archive management.By introducing digital archive management systems,traditional storage and management methods have been changed,and the efficiency and accuracy of data processing have been significantly improved.Digital transformation has also brought new challenges such as data security and privacy protection,system integration and compatibility.It is crucial to conduct in-depth research and explore archive management strategies that adapt to the digital age to ensure the smooth implementation and long-term operation of photovoltaic projects.
