摘 要:目前国内车辆通关模式存在各检查单位信息不关联、查验流程复杂、卡口布置分散等问题,造成通关车辆重复申报、重复录入的情况,导致查验环节累赘、效率低等问题。因此,口岸车辆通关模式的优化、实施两地联合一站式车辆通关模式、简化车辆查验流程成为主流选择。论文以横琴口岸为依托,从智能卡口、公共平台业务功能、出入境联合验放流程及整体数据架构4个方面系统介绍粤澳联合一站式车辆通关模式的运行原理。At present,there are problems in the domestic vehicle clearance mode,such as the information of inspection units is not related,the inspection process is complex,and the bayonage arrangement is scattered,resulting in repeated declaration and repeated entry of customs clearance vehicles,and cumbersome inspection links and low efficiency.Therefore,the optimization of port vehicle clearance mode,the implementation of the joint one-stop vehicle clearance mode and the simplification of vehicle inspection process have become the mainstream choice.Based on Hengqin Port,this paper systematically introduces the operation principle of Guangdong-Macao joint one-stop vehicle clearance mode from four aspects:intelligent bayonet,public platform business function,entry and exit joint clearance process and overall data structure.
