摘　　要：以白城市海绵城市建设的经验,研究探讨海绵城市建设带动城市更新改造。介绍白城市区域情况,分析白城市在城市更新项目中推行海绵城市建设的遇到挑战,详细分析白城市的解决方案,如积极筹措项目资金;提高效率,争取有效工作时间;结合实际解决技术难题,最后介绍白城市海绵城市建设取得的成效。Based on the experience of sponge city construction in Baicheng City,this paper studies and discusses how sponge city construction drives urban renewal.This paper introduces the regional situation of Baicheng City,analyzes the challenges encountered in the implementation of sponge city construction in the urban renewal project of Baicheng City,and analyzes the solutions of Baicheng City in detail,such as actively raising project funds;Improve efficiency and strive for effective working hours;Finally,the paper introduces the achievements of the construction of sponge city in Baicheng City.
