市政工程中钢混叠合梁斜拉桥施工优化技术研究

摘  要:针对市政工程中钢混叠合梁斜拉桥施工过程中的稳定性不足的问题,提出了一种临时对拉索与塔梁同步施工的综合优化方案。通过精确计算临时对拉索的力学性能及预应力水平,并实施塔梁同步控制,解决了施工阶段应力不均匀和位移过大的问题。仿真结果表明,优化后斜拉索成桥索力误差降至0%~3%,主梁竖向位移显著降低。Aiming at the problems of low stability during the construction of cable-stayed bridges with composite steel beams in municipal engineering,a comprehensive optimization scheme of simultaneous construction of cable and tower beams is proposed.The problems of uneven stress and excessive displacement are solved by calculating the mechanical properties and prestress level of the cable and implementing synchronous control of the tower beam.The simulation results show that the error of cable force is reduced to 0%~3%and the vertical displacement of main beam is significantly reduced.
