摘　　要：结合实际工程,针对医院基建档案管理工作在实际开展过程中存在的档案资料遗失的情况、档案管理模式落后、档案管理缺乏逻辑性、档案管理缺乏规范性等问题,提出优化医院基建档案管理的措施,如加强档案工作的主动服务意识,推进基建档案信息化,明确基建档案管理原则等。Combined with the actual project,in view of the problems such as the loss of file data,backward file management mode,lack of logic and standardization of file management in the actual development of hospital infrastructure file management,measures to optimize the management of hospital infrastructure file are proposed,such as strengthening the active service consciousness of file work and promoting the information of infrastructure file.Clear construction archives management principles.
