摘 要:在新环保法的推动下,制鞋产业面临着前所未有的环保压力和转型挑战。文章通过分析制鞋产业现有的污染问题,探讨绿色制造的必要性,并提出绿色制造的具体策略。研究发现,制鞋产业的主要污染源包括废水、废气和固体废物,而传统治理方法效果有限,所以应采用环保材料和技术,如水性胶粘剂、再生橡胶和皮革材料及无溶剂涂层技术与低温硫化工艺,从而有效减少污染物的排放。同时,可用利用膜分离和活性炭吸附技术对废物进行处理与资源回收。本研究旨在为制鞋企业提供切实可行的绿色制造转型升级路径。Under the promotion of the new environmental protection law,the shoe industry is facing unprecedented environmental protection pressure and transformation challenges.This paper discusses the necessity of green manufacturing and puts forward the concrete strategy of green manufacturing by analyzing the existing pollution problems in shoemaking industry.The study found that the main pollution sources of the shoe industry include wastewater,waste gas and solid waste,and the traditional treatment methods have limited effect,so environmental protection materials and technologies should be used,such as water-based adhesives,recycled rubber and leather materials and solvo-free coating technology and low temperature vulcanization process,so as to effectively reduce the emission of pollutants.At the same time,membrane separation and activated carbon adsorption technology can be used for waste treatment and resource recovery.The purpose of this study is to provide a feasible path of green manufacturing transformation and upgrading for shoe manufacturers.
