新时期碳核查中存在的问题与解决对策分析

摘　　要：在全球气候变化的大背景下,减少温室气体排放、实现低碳发展已成为国际社会的共识。作为应对气候变化的重要手段,碳排放权交易制度在全球范围内得到了广泛推广。在该制度中,碳核查作为确保数据准确性、公正性和透明度的关键环节,具有重要的作用。新时期,我国日益重视气候变化问题,碳核查工作也面临着前所未有的挑战和机遇。基于此,本文对新时期碳核查中存在的问题进行分析,并结合实践经验总结相应的对策,希望对相关领域有所帮助。In the context of global climate change,it has become the consensus of the international community to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and achieve low-carbon development.As an important means to deal with climate change,the carbon emission trading system has been widely promoted worldwide.In this system,carbon verification plays an important role as a key link to ensure data accuracy,fairness and transparency.In the new era,our country pays more and more attention to the issue of climate change,and carbon verification is also facing unprecedented challenges and opportunities.Based on this,this paper analyzed the existing problems in carbon verification in the new era,and summarized the corresponding countermeasures combined with practical experience,hoping to be helpful to related fields.
