压气机过渡段与上游静子耦合流动的IDDES数值研究

摘  要:以带上游静子的压气机过渡段为研究对象,使用非定常的IDDES计算方法,分析在上游静子尾迹影响下压气机过渡段通道内涡结构的流动特点,同时研究过渡段通道损失机制。结果表明:尾迹涡在往下游运动的过程中会向靠近周期面的轮毂壁面迁移;角区分离涡在支板最大厚度位置到过渡段出口,不断和上游尾迹涡以及支板前缘马蹄涡掺混,并且有向主流发展的趋势;在过渡段出口涡结构主要分布在通道中心靠近轮毂壁面的位置。The compressor transition section with upstream stator taken as the research object,the unsteady IDDES calculation method is used to analyze the flow characteristics of the vortex structure in the compressor transition section channel under the influence of upstream stator,and the loss mechanism of the transition section channel is studied.The results show that the wake vortex will migrate to the hub wall near the periodic surface when moving downstream.The corner separation vortex is continuously mixed with the upstream wake vortex and the horseshoe vortex at the leading edge of the strut from the maximum thickness of the strut to the exit of the transition section,tending to develop towards the mainstream.The vortex structure at the outlet of the transition section is mainly distributed in the center of the channel near the hub wall.
