摘 要:为拓展梅山铁矿尾矿应用范围,以梅山铁矿尾矿为主要原料,采用碳化硅发泡法制备了轻质闭孔陶粒,并应用于陶粒混凝土。借助X射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜、X射线计算断层扫描技术研究了碳化硅加入量和烧成温度对轻质陶粒结构和性能的影响,以及混凝土配料对轻骨料混凝土结构和性能的影响。试验结果表明:(1)以梅山铁矿尾矿为主要原料,采用碳化硅发泡法可以制备出900,800,700 kg/cm^(3)轻质闭孔陶粒,铁矿尾矿加入量高于80%;(2)在碳化硅加入量一定的情况下,随着烧成温度的升高,陶粒堆积密度降低,筒压强度降低,承载能力下降,可得到3种不同结构的陶粒;(3)利用700 kg/cm^(3)铁矿尾矿陶粒可以配制出满足国标要求的L15~L30轻质陶粒混凝土,陶粒混凝土的高强度源于水泥浆体与陶粒、粉煤灰以及砂粒之间的紧密结合。In order to expand the application range of Meishan iron ore tailings,lightweight closed-cell ceramsite is prepared by silicon carbide foaming method with Meishan iron ore tailings as the main raw material and applied to ceramsite concrete.The effects of silicon carbide addition and firing temperature on the structure and properties of lightweight ceramsite and the effects of concrete ingredients on the structure and properties of lightweight aggregate concrete are studied by means of X-ray diffractometer,scanning electron microscope and X-ray computed tomography.The results show that:①900,800,700 kg/cm^(3) light-weight closed-cell ceramsite can be prepared by silicon carbide foaming method with Meishan iron ore tail-ings as the main raw material,and the addition amount of iron ore tailings is higher than 80%.②In the case of a certain amount of silicon carbide,with the increase of sintering temperature,the packing density of ce-ramsite decreases,the cylinder compressive strength decreases,and the bearing capacity decreases.Three kinds of ceramsite with different structures can be obtained.③L15~L30 lightweight ceramsite concrete can be prepared by using 700 kg/cm3 iron ore tailings ceramsite to meet the requirements of the national stan-dard.The high strength of ceramsite concrete is due to the good combination between cement paste and ce-ramsite,fly ash and sand.
