摘 要:为了高效利用铁矿企业细尾矿,针对使用细尾矿充填过程中尾矿浓度低和运输流动性差的问题,结合细尾矿特性,采用外加试剂硼酸、氧化硼、碳酸钠,进行了生坯造粒与油性覆膜疏水成效强化研究。研究结果表明:在硼酸、氧化硼和碳酸钠的综合作用下,生坯颗粒强度提高至空白组的3倍左右,表面喷覆高温油的生坯颗粒,在水中强振荡下也能保持稳定状态,且Na、B元素的浸出量明显较未覆盖高温油降低3~10倍,整体表现出良好的环境友好性;细尾矿生坯造粒与表层覆盖疏水性膜,可改善颗粒强度和水溶性等性能,为提高细尾矿充填浓度和改善充填运输的流动性提供了新的途径,可使细尾矿在充填中得到更广泛的应用,可在源头上实现细尾矿的减量化。In order to make efficient use of fine tailings in iron ore enterprises,aiming at the prob-lems of low tailings concentration and poor transportation fluidity in the filling process of fine tailings,combined with the characteristics of fine tailings,the hydrophobic effect enhancement of green granulation and oily coating is studied by adding boric acid,boron oxide and sodium carbonate.The results show that under the combined action of boric acid,boron oxide and sodium carbonate,the strength of green body particles is increased to about 3 times of the blank group.The green body particles sprayed with high tem-perature oil on the surface can also maintain a stable state under strong oscillation in water,and the leach-ing amount of Na and B elements is significantly reduced by 3~10 times compared with the uncovered high temperature oil,showing good environmental friendliness.The granulation of fine tailings and the cov-ering of hydrophobic film on the surface can improve the strength and water solubility of particles,which provides a new way to improve the filling concentration of fine tailings and the fluidity of filling and trans-portation.It can make fine tailings more widely used in filling and realize the reduction of fine tailings from the source.
