摘  要:采场距离地表越近,对地表的沉降影响越大,因此近地表矿体开采极易引起上方地表过大的变形,破坏建筑物结构。为了解决地表建筑物下矿体开采难题,首先通过地质资料及开采技术条件分析确定合适的采矿工艺,房柱法嗣后充填法可有效地留设原生矿柱,改善顶板支撑效果;然后通过普氏压力拱理论、K.B.鲁别涅依特经验公式、结构力学法综合计算采场大小;最后根据采场跨度大小,确定荷载计算范围,采用许用承载强度计算法确定点柱荷载和点柱尺寸。在某矿山实践结果表明,房柱法嗣后充填能很好地控制地表变形。研究成果为类似矿山开采提供参考。The closer the stope is to the surface,the greater the impact on the settlement of the sur-face,so the mining of near-surface orebodies is easy to cause excessive deformation of the upper surface and damage the building structure.In order to solve the problem of mining orebodies under surface build-ings,the appropriate mining technology is determined through the analysis of geological data and mining technical conditions,and the room-and-pillar method can effectively retain the primary pillar and improve the roof support effect.Then,the stope size is calculated comprehensively by means of Platts pressure arch theory,K.B.Rubenieit empirical formula and structural mechanics method.Finally,according to the stope span size,the load calculation range is determined,the allowable bearing strength calculation method is used to determine the point column load,and the final size of the point column is determined.The results of practice in a mine show that the room and pillar method can control the surface deformation well.The re-search results can provide reference for similar mining.
