摘 要:松散厚煤层巷道支护是保障煤矿安全生产的关键,而传统的U型钢难以对松散厚煤层巷道形成有效支护,常出现巷道变形严重、顶板冒落等问题。因此,提出巷道支护U型钢改进工艺。新型U型钢支护结构包括由拱架顶、侧壁和可选仰拱架组成的可屈服支护主体,金属网,双抗土工膜,回填高膨胀化学灌浆材料。以三聚盛煤矿9105工作面通风巷道为研究区,进行了现场工业试验和监测,结果表明,改进后的U型钢套支护工艺有效解决了巷道变形严重等问题,化学注浆材料的使用能明显加速巷道的稳定,减少钢支架的变形,有效提高了煤矿生产效率。The roadway support of loose thick coal seam is the key to ensure the safety of coal mine production,but the traditional U-shaped steel is difficult to form effective support for loose thick coal seam roadway,which often causes serious roadway deformation and roof caving.Therefore,the improved technol-ogy of U-shaped steel for roadway support is put forward.The new U-shaped steel support structure in-cludes yieldable supporting body composes of arch roof,side wall and optional invert frame,metal mesh,double resistant geoembrane,and backfilling high expansion chemical grouting material.The field industri-al test and monitoring are carried out in Sanjusheng Coal Mine 9105 working face ventilation roadway as the research area.The results showed that the improved U-shaped steel sleeve support technology effectively solved the serious deformation of roadway and other problems.The use of chemical grouting materials can significantly accelerate the stability of roadway,reduce the deformation of steel support,which effectively improve the coal mine production efficiency.
