摘 要:某企业为高效利用高亚铁含量的铁矿粉生产碱性球团,在详细的矿物特性研究的基础上,进行了预热焙烧试验和碱性球团结圈物特性研究。试验结果表明:提高碱度对高亚铁含量铁矿粉生球制备制度及干燥制度影响不明显,适宜的焙烧制度为碱度0.3~1.0,焙烧温度为1 250℃,焙烧时间为6~10 min,并应避开在碱度0.8时生产球团矿,以避免出现高膨胀率球团;同时提出了应控制铁矿粉SiO_(2)含量及石灰石粉细度,从而抑制回转窑结圈的针对性建议。In order to efficiently use the iron ore powder with high ferrous content to produce alkaline pellets,based on the detailed study of mineral characteristics,the preheating roasting test and the character-istics of the alkaline ball solidarity circle are studied.The results show that the increase of basicity has no ob-vious effect on the preparation system and drying system of green pellets of iron ore powder with high ferrous content.The suitable roasting system is that the basicity is 0.3~1.0,the roasting temperature is 1250℃,and the roasting time is 6~10 min.The pellets produced at the basicity of 0.8 should be avoided to avoid the occurrence of pellets with high expansion rate.At the same time,it is proposed that the SiO_(2) content of iron ore powder and the fineness of limestone powder should be controlled to inhibit the ring formation of rotary kiln.
