摘 要:为了提高某高海拔锂辉石矿选矿指标,在矿石性质研究的基础上,对该矿石进行了磨矿-脱泥-浮选试验研究。试验结果表明:在磨矿细度-0.074 mm70%,沉降脱泥时间4 min,浮选粗选碳酸钠用量500 g/t、氢氧化钠用量500 g/t、新型捕收剂CF-18用量1 400 g/t、氯化镁用量50 g/t的条件下,经1粗3精1扫闭路浮选,得到了Li_(2)O品位5.54%、Li_(2)O回收率82.63%的锂辉石精矿;该工艺流程及药剂制度简单,且契合该高海拔锂辉石矿石的性质和矿区水质特点。In order to improve the beneficiation index of a high-altitude spodumene ore,based on the study of ore properties,the ore is subjected to grinding-desliming-flotation test.The test results show that under the conditions of grinding fineness of-0.074 mm 70%,settling desliming time of 4 min,flotation roughing sodium carbonate dosage of 500 g/t,sodium hydroxide dosage of 500 g/t,new collector CF-18 dos-age of 1400 g/t and magnesium chloride dosage of 50 g/t,the spodumene concentrate with Li2O grade of 5.54% and Li_(2)O recovery of 82.63%is obtained by one roughing-three cleaning-one scavenging closed-cir-cuit flotation.The process flow and reagent system are simple,and conform to the nature of the high altitude spodumene ore and the water quality characteristics of the mining area.
