摘 要:为高效开发利用青海某含金磁铁矿石,在矿石工艺矿物学分析的基础上,进行了选矿工艺试验研究。试验结果表明:在磨矿细度为-0.074 mm80.00%、活化剂H_(2)SO_(4)用量2 000 g/t、捕收剂A6用量120+40 g/t的条件下,采用1粗2精1扫浮选闭路工艺流程,最终获得了金品位30.06 g/t、金回收率88.34%的金精矿和铁品位56.28%、含硫4.69%、铁回收率73.47%、硫回收率57.10%的铁粗精矿,综合回收了矿石中的铁、金、硫等元素,可为该矿石的开发利用提供技术依据。In order to efficiently develop and utilize a gold-bearing magnetite ore in Qinghai,based on the analysis of ore process mineralogy,the beneficiation process test is carried out.The test results show that under the conditions of grinding fineness of-0.074 mm 80.00%,activator H_(2)SO_(4) dosage of 2000 g/t and collector A6 dosage of 120+40 g/t,the closed circuit process of one roughing,two cleaning and one scavenging flotation is adopted.Finally,gold concentrate with gold grade of 30.06 g/t and gold recovery of 88.34% and iron rough concentrate with iron grade of 56.28%,sulfur content of 4.69%,iron recovery of 73.47% and sulfur recovery of 57.10% are obtained.The iron,gold and sulfur in the ore are comprehensive-ly recovered,which can provide technical basis for the development and utilization of the ore.
