摘  要:为了从攀西某选矿厂选钛系统二段强磁精矿斜板溢流样中回收微细粒钛铁矿,针对原料粒度组成细、分离富集困难的特点,通过矿物组成分析、化学多项分析等测试表征了原料性质,并在此基础上开展了系统的浮选高效分离试验研究。研究结果表明:在钛浮选硫酸总用量5 460 g/t、EMB-5总用量2 350 g/t、抑制剂EMY-5总用量700 g/t的条件下,经1粗1扫4精闭路浮选流程,获得了TiO_(2)品位47.00%、TiO_(2)回收率82.39%的钛精矿,实现了对微细粒钛铁矿的高效回收利用,提高了钒钛磁铁矿的综合利用率,可为选矿厂工艺改造提供技术支撑。In order to recover micro-fine particle ilmenite from the inclined plate overflow sample of the second-stage high-intensity magnetic concentrate in the titanium separation system of a concentrator in Western Panzhihua,according to the characteristics of fine particle size composition and difficult separation and enrichment of raw materials,the properties of raw materials are characterized by mineral composition analysis and chemical multinomial analysis.On this basis,a systematic flotation high-efficiency separation test is carried out.The results show that under the conditions of titanium flotation sulfuric acid total dosage of 5460 g/t,EMB-5 total dosage of 2350 g/t and inhibitor EMY-5 total dosage of 700 g/t,the titanium con-centrate with TiO_(2) grade of 47.00% and TiO_(2) recovery of 82.39% is obtained by one roughing,one scaveng-ing and four cleaning closed-circuit flotation process.The efficient recovery and utilization of micro-fine il-menite is realized,and the comprehensive utilization rate of vanadium-titanium magnetite is improved,which can provide technical support for the process transformation of concentrator.
