摘 要:为高效回收利用江西某高铁硫精矿中的铜资源,在矿石性质研究的基础上,进行了浮选工艺试验。试验结果表明:采用Z-200作为铜矿物捕收剂,在磨矿细度为-0.074 mm80%、CaO用量1 000 g/t、Z-200用量45 g/t的条件下,采用1粗3精2扫优先浮选闭路流程,可获得铜品位15.58%、铜回收率91.04%的铜精矿,有效回收了该高铁硫精矿中的铜资源。In order to efficiently recover and utilize copper resources in a high-iron sulfur concen-trate in Jiangxi Province,flotation process tests are carried out based on the study of ore properties.The test results show that using Z-200 as copper mineral collector,under the conditions of grinding fineness of-0.074 mm 80%,CaO dosage of 1000 g/t and Z-200 dosage of 45 g/t,the copper concentrate with copper grade of 15.58%and copper recovery of 91.04% can be obtained by using one roughing,three cleaning and two scavenging preferential flotation closed circuit process,and the copper resources in the high iron sulfur concentrate can be effectively recovered.
