摘 要:为了进一步完善可回收锚杆技术,针对现有煤矿巷道金属锚杆支护无法回收,可回收锚杆锚固性能差和回收率低等问题,研发一种新型胀裂自锁可回收锚杆装置。通过试验验证了可回收杆体与自锁连接机构承载性能,通过工业性试验验证了金属杆体可回收重复使用。新型胀裂自锁可回收锚杆施工简单,杆体可以回收,节约钢铁资源,降低支护成本,为新型机械式可回收端锚锚杆支护技术的应用提供理论基础和实践经验。In order to further improve the technology of recoverable bolt,a new type of collapsible self-locking recoverable bolt device is developed in view of the problems of unrecoverable metal bolt sup-port in coal mine roadway,poor anchoring performance and low recovery rate.The bearing capacity of the recoverable rod body and the self-locking connecting mechanism is verified by the test,and the metal rod body can be recycled and reused by the industrial test.The construction of the new type of collapsible self-locking recoverable bolt is simple,the rod body can be recycled,the steel resources can be saved,the support cost can be reduced,and the theoretical basis and practical experience are provided for the appli-cation of the new type of mechanical recoverable end anchor bolt support technology.
