摘 要:尾矿库一般是通过筑坝拦截谷口或围地形成,作为堆存废石、废矿及其他工业废弃物的主要场地。通过一系列调查研究发现,坝体渗流的浸润面位置高低对尾矿库的安全稳定性有着很大影响。以河南省某尾矿库工程为例,建立了能够反映坝体结构和岩体特性的三维有限元模型,分析了标高1 280 m尾矿库坝体的渗流特性。结果表明,在堆积坝体内铺设排渗席垫,可大量排出坝体内渗流水,有效地控制浸润面高度,使其埋深满足规范要求,不同水位下渗透坡降均小于允许数值,不发生渗透破坏。Generally,the tailings pond is formed by damming the mouth of the valley or enclosing land,and is used as the main site for storing waste rock,waste ore and other industrial wastes.Through a se-ries of investigations,it is found that the position of soakage face in the dam body has great impact on the safety and stability of the tailings pond.Taking a tailing pond project in Henan Province as an example,a three-dimensional finite element model which can reflect the characteristics of the dam structure and rock mass is established,and the seepage characteristics of the tailings reservoir dam with a height of 1280 m are analyzed.The results show that laying the drainage mat in the dam body can discharge a large amount of seepage water in the dam body,effectively control the height of the soakage face,and make the buried depth meet the standard requirements.The seepage slope is less than the allowable value at different water levels,and no seepage damage occurs.
