摘  要:为了实现井下避难硐室的安全管理与灾变应急联动,防止系统功能失效,采用事故树定量分析硐室失效成因与各子系统内在联系,结合工程实践,推导出硐室系统失效经验公式,建立失效评价预警模型。根据井上与井下空间分布特点,提出“双网+双系统”协作架构模式及监测系统的物联网架构;搭建一站式指挥调度专线、双向视频语音等设施,保障了系统在线监测与应急网络安全,扩大了系统协同范围;根据预警模型设计了系统软件的六大功能,完善了系统监测与应急应用,实现了井上、井下信息交互安全畅通。该监测系统已在西南某矿成功应用,有利于降低避难硐室失效事件发生,减少安全检查工作量,提高运维管理效率,提升矿山安全管理智能化水平。In order to realize the linkage between safety management and disaster emergency in under-ground refuge chamber,the system function can be prevented from failure.Fault tree is used to quantitative-ly analyze the causes of chamber failure and the internal relations of each subsystem.Combining with engi-neering practice,the failure experience formula of chamber system is deduced,and the failure evaluation and early warning model is established.According to the spatial distribution characteristics of ground and underground,the"dual network+dual system"cooperation architecture model and the iot architecture of the monitoring system are proposed.Set up a one-stop command and dispatch line,two-way video and voice facilities to ensure the online monitoring and emergency network security of the system,and expand the scope of system collaboration.According to the early warning model,six functions of the system software are designed,the monitoring and emergency application of the system are improved,and the information ex-change between the ground and the underground is realized safely and smoothly.The monitoring system has been successfully applied in a mine in southwest China,which is conducive to reducing the occurrence of refuge chamber failure events,reducing the workload of safety inspection,improving the efficiency of opera-tion and maintenance management,and enhancing the intelligent level of mine safety management.
