用药安全视角下老年患者药品包装需求研究

摘　　要：本文围绕莆田市老年慢性病患者(以老年高血压患者为例)长期用药需求现状和影响因素展开调研,以为日后开展老年患者药品包装改良设计提供合理依据。调研采用目的抽样法,对象包括老年长期服药高血压患者、主任医生、持证药剂师、社区服务中心老年护工(样本编号A-L)。访谈采用一对一非结构访谈法方式,以提纲形式作为研究样本,聚焦老年患者所关心的、易引发用药安全的药品信息问题。本文基于中国法律法规,适时提出调整药品包装形式和内容设计的合理建议。This paper conducted a survey on the status quo and influencing factors of long-term drug demand of elderly patients with chronic diseases(taking elderly patients with hypertension as an example)in Putian City,so as to provide a reasonable basis for the improvement design of drug packaging for elderly patients in the future.Objective sampling method was adopted for the investigation,and the subjects included elderly patients with long-term medication for hypertension,senior doctors,licensed pharmacists,and elderly nursing workers in community service centers(sample number A-L).The one-to-one unstructured interview method was used to focus on the drug information issues that elderly patients were concerned about and which could easily lead to drug safety.Based on Chinese laws and regulations,this paper put forward reasonable suggestions for adjusting the form and content of drug packaging.
