摘 要:对某公司框架木箱展开研究,通过优化设计提高木箱强度及刚度。采用方法基于有限元仿真方法模拟框架木箱在多种工况下的力学性能,并在分析的基础上对框架木箱一方面进行材料优化,使用性能更好的胶合板代替实木板;进行了结构优化,对框架木箱的顶盖和底座进行重新设计。结果表明,优化设计后框架木箱的最大变形量和最大应力均小于原有设计,强度和刚度都满足要求。框架木箱的优化设计合理,达到预期目标。The frame wooden box of a company is studied,and the strength and stiffness of the wooden box are improved by optimizing the design.The finite element simulation method is used to simulate the mechanical properties of framed wooden cases under various working conditions,and on the basis of the analysis,the materials of framed wooden cases are optimized,and the plywood with better performance is used instead of solid wood.The structure is optimized and the top cover and base of the frame wooden box are redesigned.The results show that the maximum deformation and maximum stress of the optimized wooden box are smaller than the original design,and the strength and stiffness meet the requirements.The optimized design of the frame wooden box is reasonable and achieves the expected goal.
