摘　　要：为提高项目管理效率和服务水平,越来越多的电力企业开始关注数据中台的建设,并逐步应用于工程项目管理中。文章在介绍数据中台基本内涵的基础上,立足电力企业工程项目管理相关情况,进行工程项目管理信息系统构建。并通过构建标准的数据共享模型,实现项目全过程数据的溯源、分析、治理和抽取,为企业提供更加科学、高效、多层次的项目全过程数据及流程展示。In order to improve the efficiency and service level of project management,more and more power enterprises are beginning to pay attention to the construction of a data hub,and gradually applying it to engineering project management.On the basis of introducing the basic connotation of the data hub,this study based on the relevant situation of engineering project management in power enterprises,to construct an management information system of engineering project.Through the construction of standard data sharing model,the traceability,analysis,governance and extraction of the entire project data process are realized,providing enterprises with more scientific,efficient and multi-level data and process display of the entire project.
