摘　　要：预防和减少重新犯罪是国际社会共同面临的问题和挑战,也是世界各国犯罪治理的重要方面和国家刑事司法系统的一项重要职责。基于国内外相关文献的回顾和梳理,并结合我国国情和本土化特点,运用定量研究的方法,对我国重新犯罪关联因素进行检视和反思,提出有效预防重新犯罪的对策建议,即运用发展犯罪预防模式,从学校和家庭关系入手,发展个人社会支持网络,避免劣势累积;运用情境犯罪预防模式,建立场所和理性选择的预防机制;运用循证犯罪预防模式,以毒品犯罪为例,实现矫正有效性。Preventing and reducing recidivism is a common problem and challenge faced by the international community,as well as an important aspect of crime governance in various countries and a key responsibility of national criminal justice systems.Based on a review and analysis of relevant domestic and foreign literature,combined with the national conditions and localization characteristics of our country,using quantitative research methods to examine and reflect on the factors related to recidivism in our country,effective strategies should be proposed to prevent recidivism,namely using the development of crime prevention models,starting from school and family relationships,developing personal social support networks,and avoiding the accumulation of disadvantages;using situational crime prevention models to address preventive mechanisms of places and rational choices;using evidence-based crime prevention models,with drug crimes as an example,to achieve correctional effectivness.
