摘  要:本文对采用直接熔融法制备硬脂酸镧的工艺进行了改进。以氧化镧和硬脂酸为原料,使用少量水作为介质,直接合成了硬脂酸镧。通过单因素实验,分别考察了硬脂酸与水的摩尔比、反应温度、反应时间、反应压力等因素对硬脂酸镧质量的影响,并确定了最佳工艺条件。实验结果表明,当硬脂酸与氧化镧的摩尔比为6∶1.03,反应温度为170℃,反应时间为3h,反应压力为1.5MPa,硬脂酸与水的质量比为7∶1时,所得硬脂酸镧的品质较好,游离酸含量低于0.5%,熔点为127.5℃,镧含量为15.02%。The preparation process of lanthanum stearate by direct melting method was improved.Applied a small amount of water as the medium,lanthanum stearate was directly synthesized from lanthanum oxide and stearic acid.The effects of molar ratio of stearic acid to water,reaction temperature,reaction time and reaction pressure on the quality of lanthanum stearate were investigated by single factor experiment,and the optimum technological conditions were obtained.The experimental results showed that when the molar ratio of stearic acid to lanthanum oxide was 6:1.03,reaction temperature was 170℃,reaction time was 3h,reaction pressure was 1.5MPa,the mass ratio of stearic acid to water was 7:1,the quality of lanthanum stearate was better,the free acid content was less than 0.5%,melting point was 127.5℃ and the lanthanum content was 15.02%.
