摘 要:NH201区块为泰州采油厂近年来新开发的产建区块,该区块采用边探边、边产建的滚动模式,地面管线的部署并没有一次性成型,导致管线运行过程中仍然存在着较多的优化空间。利用PIPESIM软件建立NH201区块集输管网模型,并通过校核确保与现场实际情况相符。通过改变产出液综合含水、加热炉出口温度、增压泵开关、管径等因素模拟集输流程运行情况,并提出优化方案。在保证集输管线平稳运行的情况下,起到了降本增效的作用。NH201 block is a newly developed production and construction block by taizhou Oil Production Plant in recent years.The block adopts a rolling mode of exploration and construction at the same time,and the deployment of surface pipelines has not been formed in one go,resulting in still a lot of optimization space in the pipeline operation process.This article uses PIPESIM software to establish a model of the NH201 block gathering and transportation pipeline network,and verifies that it is consistent with the actual situation on site.Simulate the operation of the gathering and transportation process by changing factors such as the comprehensive water content of the output liquid,the outlet temperature of the heating furnace,the switch of the booster pump,and the pipe diameter,and propose an optimization plan.it has played a role in reducing costs and increasing efficiency while ensuring the smooth operation of the gathering and transportation pipeline.
