摘　　要：在分析加强大学生心理危机干预的重要意义、现阶段大学生心理危机干预的主要措施、大学生心理危机干预工作存在问题的基础上,选取广受大学生欢迎的篮球运动作为“体育育人”的突破口,从技术、专业、服务与科研四个层面对篮球运动引入大学生心理危机干预工作的可行性进行了论证,提出了篮球运动融入大学生心理危机干预工作的保障措施,以期为高校做好心理危机干预工作、促进篮球等体育教育和心理教育的融合、提升大学生身体和心理健康水平提供有益参考。This paper analyzes the significance of strengthening psychological crisis intervention for college students,examines the main measures of currently implemented,and identifies the existing challenges in the intervention process.Basketball,a sport widely popular among students,is selected as a breakthrough for integrating physical education into psychological crisis intervention.The paper explores the feasibility of introducing basketball into psychological crisis intervention at four levels:technical,professional,service,and research.The study aims to provide useful insights for colleges and universities to improve psychological crisis intervention,promote the integration of basketball and other physical education activities with mental health education,and ultimately enhance the physical and mental well-being of students.
