摘  要:首先基于某型号大型飞机起落架的受载特性与构件之间的接触关系,构建飞机起落架扭力臂数值分析模型;其次,在进行整体强度分析的基础上,以轻量化为目标,基于条件算法对整体模型进行拓扑优化;再次,基于拓扑优化结果,重构出轻量化、应力分布合理的起落架扭力臂三维模型,并根据优化后模型,研究当上下扭力臂夹角不同时,应力分布规律与刚度特性;最后,通过优化与数值分析结果表明,优化后的扭力臂结构材料的体积减小46.6%,大大减轻了扭力臂的重量,满足了飞机起落架轻量化的设计目标。Initially,a numerical analysis model for the torque link of the landing gear of a specific large aircraft was developed,focusing on the load-bearing characteristics and the interaction between components.Subsequently,a topology optimization of the overall model was performed based on a conditional algorithm,targeting a reduction in weight following an overall strength assessment.In the next phase,a three-dimensional model of the lightweight torque link,exhibiting an optimized stress distribution,was reconstructed based on the results from the topology optimization.Additionally,the investigation into the stress distribution patterns and stiffness characteristics was carried out,considering variations in the angle between the upper and lower torque links according to the refined model.Ultimately,the optimization and numerical analysis findings indicated a 46.6%reduction in the volume of the structural material of the optimized torque link,which significantly decreased its weight and satisfactorily addressed the design objective of lightweighting the aircraft landing gear.
