民机供水管道防冰设计及热载荷计算研究

摘  要:民机供水管道大部分处于非温控区的设备舱底部,在低温环境下很可能发生结冰现象。基于能量守恒及多层圆管传热理论,提出一种民机供水管道防冰设计方案,通过合理假设所需参数,完成管道防冰设计计算,并采用数值模拟方法对设计方案的有效性进行验证和分析。研究结果表明,该设计方案能够满足防冰设计需求,为系统防冰设计提供了理论依据和数据支撑。The water supply pipelines on civil aircraft are almost located at the bottom of the equipment cabin without temperature control,and almost run through the entire aircraft.In low-temperature environments,icing is likely to oc⁃cur.In this paper,an anti-icing design method for civil aircraft water pipelines is proposed,based on the energy conser⁃vation and the theory of multi-layer circular tube heat transfer.The required parameters are reasonably assumed,and the anti-icing design for water pipeline is attempted.In order to verify the method,the numerical simulation methods is adopted,too.The results indicate that it is necessary to carry out anti-icing design for aircraft water supply pipe⁃lines,and the method proposed can meet its anti-icing design requirements,providing theoretical basis and data sup⁃port for the anti-icing design.
