中医外治法治疗妇科手术后胃肠道不良反应的中文文献分析

摘　　要：目的:总结妇科手术后胃肠道不良反应的中医外治法及相应选穴、配伍。方法:计算机检索中国知网及维普数据库中有关中医外治法治疗妇科手术后胃肠道不良反应的中文文献,时间范围为2014年1月—2023年11月,由研究者人工对文献的质量、内容进行筛选及资料提取,最后使用R语言和SPSS Modeler 18.0进行分析。结果:妇科手术后不良反应中最常见的不良反应为胃肠道反应;常使用的外治法是穴位贴敷、耳穴、针刺法;使用较多的穴位为足三里穴、内关穴、神阙;穴位频次分布最多的是足阳明胃经;使用次数最多的特定穴是下合穴;选用足三里治疗时,有97.14%的概率会同时选择三阴交,另有95.65%会选择同时采用上巨虚。足三里-内关联系最强,其次是足三里-中脘。结论:妇科手术后胃肠道不良反应中最常使用的外治法是穴位贴敷,使用最多的是足三里穴,且足三里与内关关联最强。Objective To summarize the traditional Chinese medicine external treatment of gastrointestinal adverse reactions after gynecological surgery and the corresponding point selection and compatibility.Methods Computerized search of China National Knowledge Infrastru cture database and VIP database for Chinese literature on the use of traditional Chinese medicine external therapies in the treatment of gastrointestinal adverse reactions after gynecological surgery was conducted from January 1,2014 to November 12,2023,and the quality and content of the literature were manually screened and data extracted by the researcher,and finally analyzed using the R language and SPSS Modeler 18.0.Results Among the adverse reactions after gynecological surgery the most common adverse reactions were gastrointestinal reactions.The frequently used external treatments were acupoint plasters,auricular points,and acupuncture.The more used acupoints were foot-sanli point,neiguan point,and shenque.The point with the highest frequency distribution was the Foot Yangming Stomach Meridian.The most frequently used specific point was the lower healing point.There was a 97.14%probability that when Foot Sanli was selected for treatment,Sanyinjiao would be selected at the same time,and another 95.65%would choose to use the Upper Gouxu at the same time.The Foot Sanli-Neiguan connection was the strongest,followed by Foot Sanli-Zhongjiao.Conclusions The most frequently used external treatment method for gastrointestinal adverse reactions after gynecological surgery is acupoint plastering,with the most frequently used acupoint being the Foot-Sanli,and the strongest association being Foot Sanli-Neiguan.
