摘 要:目的调查我国抗凝工作者对华法林剂量算法的使用情况和需求。方法采用线上问卷的方式对全国各地区医院的参与华法林抗凝治疗的医务人员进行调查。问卷内容包括受访者的基本信息、临床抗凝治疗情况、华法林剂量算法的使用情况以及对移动抗凝管理系统的功能需求。结果共有来自全国199家医院的399名抗凝工作者完成了调查。近87.97%的抗凝工作者认为华法林剂量算法具有临床益处,但经常使用算法进行抗凝治疗的比例仅为20.80%,从未使用过任何算法的比例高达35.34%。96.99%的抗凝工作者希望有移动抗凝系统协助华法林的抗凝管理。结论华法林剂量算法在我国抗凝工作者中评价较高,但使用率较低。中国的抗凝工作者愿意使用针对中国人群建立的模型和抗凝管理工具来协助华法林治疗。Objective To determine the use and demand of warfarin dosing algorithms among Chinese anticoagulant professionals.Methods An online questionnaire was prepared for the use of warfarin dosing algorithm by anticoagulantion professionals in various regions of China.The questionnaire included basic information of interviewees,clinical anticoagulantion treatment,use of warfarin administration algorithm,and functional requirements of mobile anticoagulation management system.Results Totally 399 participants from 199 Chinese hospitals completed the survey.About 87.97%of the anticoagulation professionals thought warfarin dosing algorithms helped,only 20.80%frequently used the dosing model in the anticoagulation therapy.About 35.34%never used any algorithms,and 96.99%of them were eager to use warfarin administration system in the treatment.Conclusion The warfarin dosing algorithm is highly regarded by medical professionals in China,despite its low utilization rate.Chinese medical professionals are willing to use models and management tools tailored to the Chinese population to facilitate warfarin treatment.
