摘　　要：目的探讨简易呼吸器在重症肌无力患者围手术期的预防性常规应用效果。方法回顾性分析2015年9月至2023年3月广西医科大学附属武鸣医院及广西中医药大学第一附属医院收治5例重型重症肌无力患者的临床资料,所有患者于围手术期常规用药基础上应用简易呼吸器及面罩辅助通气治疗,分析治疗效果。结果5例患者手术当天脱离呼吸机,其中4例患者无需再次插管行呼吸机辅助通气,患者5术后因综合ICU医护未坚持给予简易呼吸器辅助通气而再次插管行呼吸机辅助通气。5例患者治疗后均顺利出院。结论重型重症肌无力患者围手术期常规预防性应用简易呼吸器辅助通气,可能减少再插管情况。Objective To investigate the application effect of prophylactic routine use of simple respirator in perioperative patients with myasthenia gravis.Methods The clinical data of 5 patients with myasthenia gravis admitted to Wuming Hospital of Guangxi Medical University from September 2015 to March 2023 were retrospectively analyzed,all patients were treated with simple respirator and mask assisted ventilation on the basis of routine medication during the perioperative period,and the therapeutic effect was analyzed.Results Five patients were removed from the ventilator on the day of operation,of which 4 patients did not need to be intubated again for ventilator-assisted ventilation,and 1 patient was intubated again for ventilator-assisted ventilation because the comprehensive ICU medical care did not insist on giving simple ventilator-assisted ventilation.All the 5 patients were discharged successfully after treatment.Conclusion Routine prophylactic use of simple respirator assisted ventilation in patients with severe myasthenia gravis during perioperative period may reduce the incidence of reintubation.
