摘　　要：目的:探究规范化三级康复治疗对脑卒中患者认知功能的影响。方法:选取2022年7月—2024年3月哈尔滨二四二医院收治的90例脑卒中患者作为研究对象,按照随机数表法将其分为对照组和康复组,每组各45例。对照组患者接受常规康复治疗,康复组患者接受规范化三级康复治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效,神经、认知功能[美国国立卫生研究所的卒中量表(NIHSS)、简易智力状态检查量表(MMSE)],肢体和生活能力[Fugl-Meyer运动功能评价法(FMA)、日常生活能力量表(ADL)]情况。结果:康复组患者的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.939,P<0.05)。治疗后,康复组患者NIHSS评分低于对照组、MMSE评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=12.470、15.318,P<0.05)。治疗后,康复组患者FMA、ADL评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=4.011、8.516,P<0.05)。结论:为脑卒中患者实施规范化三级康复治疗方案的效果确切,可以显著提高患者的神经和认知功能,改善其生活质量。Objective:To analyze the effect of standardized three-level rehabilitation therapy on stroke patients.Methods:90 patients with cerebral apoplexy were selected from Harbin 242nd Hospital and divided into control group(conventional rehabilitation treatment)and rehabilitation group(standardized three-level rehabilitation treatment)with random number table.The clinical efficacy,neurological and cognitive function[National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS),Simple Mental State Examination Scale(MMSE)],limb and life ability[Fugl-Meyer Motor Function Assessment Method(FMA),Ability of Daily Living Scale(ADL)]were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of rehabilitation group was significantly higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.939,P<0.05).After treatment,the NIHSS score of the rehabilitation group was lower than that of the control group,and the MMSE score was higher than that of the control group,with statistically significant difference(t=12.470,15.318;P<0.05).After treatment,FMA and ADL scores in the rehabilitation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=4.011,8.516;P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of standardized three-level rehabilitation treatment for stroke patients is accurate,which can promote the improvement of various functions of patients and can be popularized in clinical practice.
