摘　　要：本文报道1例利巴韦林(Ribavirin,RBV)引起的贫血病例。通过对患者病史、住院期间用药、辅助检查数据进行梳理,并采用诺氏不良反应量表进行评分,结果表明,RBV导致贫血的ADR相关性判断为“可能”。目前,针对RBV诱发的贫血(RBV-induced anemia,RIA),临床尚无统一有效的治疗手段,多以减量或停药为主。本文分析了6例RBV诱发的贫血病例文献,其中2例减少了RBV的剂量,2例停用RBV,2例在停用RBV的同时输注红细胞,所有患者均在停用RBV后好转或恢复正常。本文同时对RBV诱发贫血的机制、预防及治疗进行探讨,以期为临床提供借鉴。A case of anemia caused by ribavirin(RBV)is reported.The medical history,prescription during hospitalization and auxiliary examination results of the patient are sorted out.Naranjo's adverse reaction evaluation scale is applied,and it is found that the correlation between anemia and RBV is possible.Currently there is no standard and effective treatment for RBV-induced anemia(RIA),and reducing RBV dose or withdrawal of drugs is the method adopted most often.Six cases of anemia induced by RBV were reviewed,in which two patients underwent dose reduction therapy,two patients were treated with drug discontinuation,and the remaining two patients received red blood cell transfusions in combination with drug withdrawal.All patients were improved or recovered after RBV withdrawal.The mechanism,prevention and treatment of RBV-induced anemia were also discussed in order to provide references for clinical practice.
