摘　　要：近年来,青少年抑郁患病率逐渐升高,现有的青少年抗抑郁药较少且存在不良反应,针刺治疗抑郁症疗效显著且毒副作用少。目前,基于脑探索针刺治疗青少年抑郁症研究较少,该文结合“小儿”生理病理特点,基于脑探讨针灸治疗青少年抑郁的中医理论基础,以期为临床针灸治疗青少年抑郁症提供理论依据,也为针灸治疗青少年抑郁基础研究提供理论支持。In recent years,the prevalence of depression in adolescents is gradually increasing.The existing antidepressants for adolescents are few and have adverse reactions.Acupuncture has significant curative effect on depression with few toxic and side effects.At present,there are few researches on acupuncture treatment of adolescent depression based on brain exploration.This paper discussed the theoretical basis of traditional Chinese medicine for acupuncture treatment of adolescent depression based on brain in combination with the physiological and pathological characteristics of“children”,with a view to providing theoretical basis for clinical acupuncture treatment of adolescent depression,and also providing theoretical support for the basic research on acupuncture treatment of adolescent depression.
