温阳前列腺汤联合经尿道前列腺电切术治疗良性前列腺增生症临床价值研究

摘　　要：目的探究温阳前列腺汤联合经尿道前列腺电切术治疗良性前列腺增生症临床价值。方法纳入120例良性前列腺增生症(2020年1月—2022年12月收治)进行研究,以随机数字表法平均分为两组,给予对照组患者(60例)经尿道前列腺电切术治疗,给予观察组患者(60例)经尿道前列腺电切术+温阳前列腺汤治疗,比较两组治疗效果、治疗前后国际前列腺症状评分(IPSS)变化情况及残余尿量、最大尿流率及平均尿流率、性功能评分、并发症。结果对照组与观察组患者治疗有效率比较(88.33%vs98.33%),P<0.05;两组患者治疗前IPSS评分、残余尿量、最大尿流率及平均尿流率、性功能评分各项指标均相当(P>0.05),治疗后各组患者IPSS评分、残余尿量、最大尿流率及平均尿流率、性功能评分各项指标均一定程度改善,观察组改善优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症率(1.67%,1/60)同对照组(3.33%,2/60)比较,两组并发症率均较低,P>0.05。结论温阳前列腺汤联合经尿道前列腺电切术治疗良性前列腺增生症临床价值极高,治疗安全可靠,值得应用。Objective To explore the clinical value of Wenyang Qianliexian Decoction(温阳前列腺汤)combined with transurethral resection of prostate in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia.Methods A total of 120 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia(admitted from January 2020 to December 2022)were included and divided into two groups by random number table method.The patients in the control group(60 cases)received transurethral resection of prostate,and those in the observation group(60 cases)received transurethral resection of prostate and Wenyang Qianliexian Decoction.The treatment effect,international prostate symptom score(IPSS)changes before and after treatment,residual urine volume,maximum urine flow rate and average urine flow rate,sexual function score and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The comparison of treatment effective rate between control group and observation group was not significant(88.33%vs 98.33%)(P<0.05).Before treatment,IPSS score,residual urine volume,maximum urine flow rate and average urine flow rate and sexual function score of the two groups were similar(P>0.05).After treatment,IPSS score,residual urine volume,maximum urine flow rate and average urine flow rate and sexual function score of the two groups were improved to a certain extent,and the improvement of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate of the observation group(1.67%)was lower than that of the control group(3.33%)(P>0.05).Conclusion Wenyang Qianliexian Decoction combined with transurethral resection of prostate in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia is of high clinical value,safe and reliable treatment,worthy of application.
