摘　　要：目的探究针药结合对气阴两虚兼血瘀型2型糖尿病合并勃起功能障碍患者糖脂代谢及性激素的影响。方法选取唐山市中医医院2021年3月—2022年12月收治的气阴两虚兼血瘀型2型糖尿病合并勃起功能障碍患者75例,采用随机分组法分为对照组(37例)和治疗组(38例)。对照组给予他达拉非片联合中药复方汤剂口服;治疗组在对照组的基础上配合针灸治疗。观察两组中医证候、糖脂代谢水平、性激素水平及临床疗效。结果治疗后,治疗组各项中医证候积分均低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,治疗组FBG、2hPG、TG、LDL-C、TC水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组HbA1c比较无显著性差异(P>0.05);治疗后,治疗组LH、E2水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)、T和FSH水平均高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组治疗总有效率(89.47%)高于对照组(70.27%)(P<0.05)。结论针药结合在治疗气阴两虚兼血瘀型2型糖尿病合并勃起功能障碍患者时,可缓解相关不适症状,稳定糖脂代谢,改善性激素水平,提高临床疗效。Objective To explore the effects of acupuncture and drug combination on glucose and lipid metabolism and sex hormone in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus of Qi-Yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome complicated with erectile dysfunction.Methods Seventy-five patients with Qi-Yin deficiency combined with type 2 diabetes mellitus of Qi-Yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome complicated with erectile dysfunction were selected from Tangshan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2021 to December 2022,and were randomly divided into control group(37 cases)and treatment group(38 cases).The control group was given tadalafil tablet combined with traditional Chinese medicine compound decoction.The treatment group was combined with acupuncture treatment on the basis of the control group.TCM symptoms,glucose and lipid metabolism level,sex hormone level and clinical efficacy of the two groups were observed.Results After treatment,the scores of TCM syndrome in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of FBG,2 h PG,TG,LDL-C and TC in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in HbA1c between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of LH and E2 in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),the levels of T and FSH were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment group(89.47%)was higher than that of control group(70.27%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of acupuncture and medicine in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus of Qi-Yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome complicated with erectile dysfunction can alleviate the related discomfort symptoms,stabilize glucose and lipid metabolism,and improve the levels of sex hormones and the clinical efficacy.
