摘　　要：免疫系统是人体执行免疫应答及免疫功能的重要系统,具有识别和排除抗原性异物,维持内环境稳定生理平衡的功能。免疫调节对心血管系统保持正常生理功能尤为重要,它的异常会导致心肌细胞坏死并诱发各种心血管疾病。免疫调节对正常心脏功能和对损伤反应的重要贡献已成为新的研究领域。迄今为止,大多数药物干预都集中在改变血液动力学(减少后负荷,控制血压和血容量)或改变心肌细胞功能,利用中药调节免疫系统的干预措施有望为心血管疾病的新的治疗途径。文章概述了心血管系统疾病的免疫调节相关机制,并对目前中药通过干预免疫系统的调节作用治疗心血管疾病的研究现状进行了综述。The immune system is an important system for the human body to perform immune response and immune function.It has the function of recognizing and eliminating antigenic foreign bodies and maintaining the stable physiological balance of internal environment.Immune regulation is particularly important to maintain normal physiological function of cardiovascular system and its abnormality will lead to myocardial cell necrosis and induce various cardiovascular diseases.Immunomodulatory contribution to normal cardiac function and injury response has become a new research field.So far,most pharmacological interventions have focused on changing hemodynamics(reducing afterload,controlling blood pressure and blood volume)or changing the function of cardiac muscle cells.Interventions using TCM to regulate the immune system are expected to be a new treatment approach for heart disease.This paper summarized the immunomodulatory mechanism of cardiovascular diseases and reviewed the current research status of TCM in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases by intervening the immunomodulatory effect.
