摘　　要：文章以破格救心汤的组成以及内涵作为全篇论述的基础,阐述了其治疗心源性休克的理论基础,认为其可回阳救逆,挽救危急之生命,大剂量附子能有效增强心肌收缩力,舒张冠脉,改善血流。并结合其治疗心源性休克的基础和临床研究进展,作者应用其成功抢救心源性休克的临床案例,论述了其治疗心源性休克的经验和优势。This paper takes the composition and connotation of Poge Jiuxin Decoction(破格救心汤)as the basis for the whole discussion,expounds the theoretical basis of the treatment of cardiogenic shock and believes that Poge Jiuxin Decoction can restore Yang and save the life of the crisis,and large doses of Fuzi(Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata)can effectively enhance myocardial contractility,relax coronary arteries and improve blood flow.Combined with the basic and clinical research on the treatment of cardiogenic shock,the author applies its successful clinical case of rescuing cardiogenic shock to discuss its experience and advantages in treating cardiogenic shock.
