摘 要:航空燃油泵在工程应用中存在流致噪声问题,影响机组运行的稳定性和人员操作的安全性。为了解决相应的问题,介绍某型燃油泵流体降噪技术。首先,对燃油泵在飞机地面系统试验时产生的噪声值进行测试,分析噪声幅值与频率;然后,对燃油泵流动特性进行数值模拟;最后,对燃油泵叶轮和导叶进行改进设计。结果表明:叶轮和导叶之间静动翼干涉导致压力脉动过大是引起流体噪声的主要原因,增加叶轮和导叶叶片数、采用叶片交替加载技术可以降低泵内的压力脉动;改进后,燃油泵的噪声降低了6.5 dB。Aviation fuel pump has the problem of flow-induced noise in engineering application,which can affect the unit operation stability and staff's working security.To solve these problems,the noise reduction technique for fuel pump is introduced.Firstly,the noise data of fuel pump acquired during the on-land system test of air plane is tested,and the noise amplitude and frequency are analyzed.Then,numerical simulation is conducted to understand the flow regime in the fuel pump.Finally,the optimization design is conducted for impeller and guide vane of fuel pump.The results show that the main reason of flow-induced noise is the pressure fluctuation caused by rotor-sta-tor interaction between impeller and guide vane.The pressure fluctuation can be reduced by increasing the impeller and vane blade number and applying the alternate loading technique.After optimization,the noise of fuel pump is decreased by 6.5 dB.
