摘　　要：党的十八大以来,围绕新时代新征程金融改革与发展怎么看和怎么干这一根本议题,习近平总书记发表了一系列关于全面深化金融改革的新思想、新观点、新论断。这些重要论述立意高远、内涵丰富、思想深邃,对于正确认识和科学把握我国金融改革与发展形势,深刻总结和深化认识我国金融工作规律与发展道路,进一步贯彻落实党的二十届三中全会深化金融体制改革精神,具有十分重要的理论与实践指导意义。本文着重从深刻认识深化金融改革重大意义、奋力开拓中国特色金融发展之路、全面推进新时代金融高质量发展、全面推进新时代金融高质量监管四个方面,深入学习研究习近平总书记关于金融改革与发展重要论述,为进一步深化金融体制改革、推进金融高质量发展、加快建设现代化金融强国,提供强有力的思想基础与战略引领。Since the 18th National Congress of the CPC,focusing on the fundamental issue of how to view and do to promote financial reform and development in the new era,general secretary Xi Jin-ping has published a series of new ideas,new viewpoints and new judgments on comprehensively deepening financial reform.These important expositions are far-reaching,rich in connotation and profound in thought.They are of great theoretical and practical guiding significance for correctly understanding the situation and tasks of China's financial reform and development,deepening the understanding of the essential laws and development path of financial work,comprehensively enhancing the ability of financial work and risk response,and implementing the spirit of comprehensively deepening the reform of the financial system in the Third Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee.This paper focuses on the four aspects of comprehensively understanding the significance of deepening financial reform,striving to open up the road of financial development with Chinese characteristics,comprehensively promoting high-quality financial development,and comprehensively promoting high-quality financial supervision.In-depth study of general secretary Xi Jin-ping's important exposition on financial reform and development provides a strong ideological basis and strategic guidance for further deepening the reform of the financial system,comprehensively promoting high-quality financial development,and accelerating the construction of a financial powerhouse.
