数字乡村建设对城乡融合发展的影响及其机制研究——基于要素双向流动视角

摘　　要：推动城乡融合发展是破解城乡发展不平衡难题、实现经济高质量发展的必由之路,数字乡村建设为畅通要素双向流动、推动城乡融合发展注入新动能。本文从要素双向流动视角出发,将农村劳动力转移和农村产业融合纳入研究框架,分析数字乡村建设对城乡融合发展的作用机理,并基于2011—2021年中国省级面板数据实证检验其影响及机制。研究表明:数字乡村建设对城乡融合发展具有显著促进作用,数字乡村建设通过促进农村劳动力转移和产业融合推动城乡融合发展;数字乡村建设对城乡融合发展的影响存在正向空间溢出效应和区域异质性,能促进华东和中南地区城乡融合发展,但通过农村人才外流抑制西南地区城乡融合发展;其影响还受到农村居民受教育水平的制约,具有显著的单门槛效应。Promoting urban-rural integration development is the key to solving the imbalance between urban and rural development and achieving high-quality economic development.Digital village development provides new momentum for the two-way flow of factors and urban-rural integration.From the perspective of the two-way flow of factors,this paper incorporates rural labor transfer and rural industrial integration into the research framework,analyzes the mechanism of digital village development on urban-rural integration development,and empirically tests the impact and mechanism based on China’s provincial panel data from 2011 to 2021.The findings indicate that digital village development promotes urban-rural integration by fostering rural labor transfer and industrial integration.Moreover,the impact of digital village development on urban-rural integration shows positive spatial spillover effects and regional heterogeneity,which can promote integration in the eastern and central-southern regions while inhibiting it in the southwestern region through the outflow of rural talent.This impact is also restricted by the education level of rural residents and has a significant single threshold effect.
